Rules of registration of theses to the International congress

The general requirements: Theses have to be submitted on a floppy disk  (Microsoft Word 7.0 or 6.0) and standard А4-format printing paper (all margins – 3cm). The text of theses is printed in Russian and English languages and have to be complete with the author(s), name(s), the works title and subject matter, methodologies used, the works contents and conclusions. Figures to represent in a file (format JPEG), the text of a copy should be signed by authors. In a separate file on a diskette it is necessary to specify completely surnames, names, patronymics of authors, their scientific degree and a rank, the address and the phone, a fax and e-mail.
